Creating Viral Content

At Parker's, I used numerous marketing strategies to create viral content for the business. Using audience analysis, I was able to create social media posts that strongly resonated with our target audience. These posts were highly shared, and had higher than average engagement rates.

This post was created the day after the University of Georgia football team beat TCU in a National Championship game. The audience for Parker's are highly invested in the state's college football team, so this post was made to appeal to them.

This post also tied into Parker's brand of serving classic southern fried foods. This opportunity was perfect to have the business chime in on an event that is relevant to our customers, while also reminding them of what the brand offers.

​

This post garnered over 1,000 likes, 162 comments, and 658 shares on Facebook.

This campaign was created leading up to the Super Bowl. Football of any kind is valued by Parker's customers, so this campaign aligned with the values of our audience while also promoting the Parker's foodservice offerings.

​

Customers were prompted to vote for their favorite Parker's Kitchen menu items, with the winning item being given out for free to Parker's Rewards members.

​

This campaign was highly successful, with engagement rates of 577 likes, 72 comments, and 20 shares on the first post alone.

Launch Process of Parker's Kitchen New Website

As the project lead, I was responsible for providing an external website team with images, copy, branding elements, and more. I also led the process of presenting the website to executives for approval.

Parker's Kitchen was in desperate need of a new website with a modern look, feel, and functionality. Features include interactive and animated elements, a multimedia timeline to tell the Parker's Story, an expanded blog section, live fuel pricing for each location, and live location tracking to match customers to a Parker's Kitchen near them.

​

After the official launch of the website, I manage the design and copy edits for the website. Using the Elementor WordPress builder, I'm able to build new landing pages that align with our brand standards, edit copy as further information becomes available, and be the gatekeeper for the website.

​

During this lauch process, I managed an external design team, and our internal marketing team, and enforced brand standards. I succeeded in keeping external and internal teams aligned to stay on track for our official launch date,
